Icebreaker Results

The Haney Seahorse Swim Club sent a large contingent of twenty three swimmers to the Icebreaker swim meet in Westminster.  This was the largest team sent to any meet so far this year.  There were 110 best times swum.

·          Emily Beckett with two best times, including a ‘A’ standard in 200 freestyle.

·          Erin Beckett with a best time in the 800 freestyle.

·          Jordan Bell with six of eight best times.

·          Julia Cielecka with six of eight best times, including a ‘A’ standards in the 100 and 200 breaststroke.

·          Cathie Gillette with four best times.

·          Chloe Good with one best time.

·          Victoria Goode with eight of nine best times.

·          Emily Halajian with eight of ten best times including new ‘AA’ standards in the 200 and 400 freestyle; 100 and 200 breaststroke; plus the 200 butterfly.  ‘A’ standards in the 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly.

·          Jordan Morford with four best times.

·          Kylie Morford with three best times.

·          Kaelen Osmond with three best times, including an ‘A’ time in the 100 backstroke.

·          Zakrye Osmond with three best times, including an ‘A’ time in the 200 freestyle.

·          Sarah Park with six of seven best times.

·          Adena Penner with four best times in her first Regional level meet.

·          Skyler Penner with seven best times in his first Regional level meet, including a ‘A’ standard in the 100 breaststroke.

·          Julia Rosec with five best times.

·          Dane Simmons with five best times including a new club record in the 100 butterfly, and three additional ‘AAA’ standards in the 400 individual medley, 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly.

·          Austyn Soolsma with two best times in the 800 freestyle and the 200 butterfly.

·          Patrick Walkowski with one best time in the 400 freestyle.

·          Thomas Yeo with nine of nine events best times, including a new AAA standard in 100 breaststroke, a new AA in the 200 individual medley and a new ‘A’ standard in the 100 butterfly.
